- mk-syscall-rules: Add --relax option to relax on undetected arch.
- Run mk-syscall-rules in relaxed mode when installing the package
in Hasher. - Extract mk-syscall-rules into the separate package.
- nagwad-audit: Explicitly require 'which' that isn't detected
automatically as a requirement.
- Replace static rules with a tool to generate architecture-dependent
rules. Run it after the package is installed.
