MovaMTK can now say English words using festival speech synthesis system.
To make mova speaking you need to install following packages:

speech_tools-1.2.1
festival-1.4.1
festlex_CMU-1.4.1
festlex_POSLEX-1.4.1

and at least one of following packages:

festvox_kallpc16k-1.4.1
festvox_kallpc8k-1.4.1
festvox_kedlpc16k-1.4.1
festvox_kedlpc8k-1.4.1
