Little howto about configuring phpMyAdmin on ALT Linux Sisyphus:
1) install php5, php5-mysql, php5-mbstring, php5-mbstring

2) control (php-engine) restricted
3) edit php.ini:
a) remove from disable_functions -> chdir
b) remove from suhosin.executor.func.blacklist -> chdir
c) memory_limit 8M

5) restart apache
