- Dropped libtextstyle due to its dependence on the unmaintained libcroco
library, which also contains known security vulnerabilities
(thx Sundeep Anand).
- 0.20.2 -> 0.21 (closes: #31007).
- Backported tests fixes from gnulib to fix FTBFS.
- Fixed FTBFS by adding rpm-build-python3 to BuildRequires.
- Fixed emacs knob given nonzero _unpackaged_files_terminate_build.
